Dirty bed linens, no hot water for two days, when complained room keys were shut off so we could get message from front office that they found dirty sheets and that we would be charged if found again, broken alarm clock, missed wakeup call, decided to check out at 6pm after finding that still no hot water and because check out is 12 noon we were charged again for that evening and had to go find another hotel.. Extremely rude manager. Poor overall service.. I normally love microtels.. this one is a complete exception.. would not recommend to anyone..
