Baymont Inn & Suites Yreka, Yreka

I stopped here without a reservation after a difficult day of business travel. I have stayed at Baymonts in other locations and have been impressed with the quality and chose this hotel since it was the best option available at this particular exit. I fully expected to be charged $80 - $100 based on what I paid at Baymonts in other locations and my jaw nearly hit the floor when I was only charged about $60 for my room.

I liked the quiet and feeling secure. I also liked being able to park my car in front of the window of the unit. It was very easy to regulate the heat and it didn't fluctuate. The bed was comfortable and everything seemed clean. I really liked the quality of the soap and shampoo. There were amenities here I did not find in pricier places in San Rafael and Salinas, like the safe and laundry bags. The ONLY exception is that my dog did NOT have an accident but was really sniffing around in the room and hall. The management may want to invest in some good quality stuff that eliminates doggy odors, not for us humans, but for pets, so they won't be tempted. I've stayed there twice and will stay there again. Great value.

my boyfriend and i stayed at the Baymont in Yreka for 4 nights and it was great the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful cindy checked us in and she was very sweet told us about the great places to eat around yreka we will stay at baymont next time we are in town

I liked the accommodations at this inn. It would have been a pleasant experience if it wasn't for my leaving a favorite blouse in my room. I contacted the inn numerous times beginning the day after check-out--and told them exactly where the blouse was left. It was never turned in. There is something terribly wrong with this scenario.

When we go up to visit relatives we always stay there. The rooms are nice (they do need some up dateing)and the staff has always been very good to us. I am glad that they have an indoor pool, but it is a might cold. In the summer or winter you have to inch yourself in. The Continental Breakfast is nice, and if you want more then that you can walk over to the diner on the corner.

I stayed at this hotel on from Sat. 5/1/05-5/2/05. The staff especially housekeeping was absolutly excellent and most helpful. The room was emmaculant and well cleaned. The furniture needs updating though but overall it was a pleasant experiance. Keep up the good work we will be back.
