Friendly staff~~~`

We were visiting from Canada and we were in a budget so we couldnt stay in down town seattle. We decided to stay at Comfort Inn kent. At first we couldnt find the place so we called the hotel, the front desk staff was really nice and gave me the easy drections. The hotel was vary clean and the pool was really clean. The front desk staff was really nice they gave me drections to every where in seattle and gave me some tips on where to go.....We mostly when to the place where Ashely told us to go. nice places!!!! I highly recomend this hotel.
 
 
 
 
 
Service and management very poor

We are booked every Sunday for our regular Sunday church service. Every Sunday there were surprises, i.e., moved to a different room; room not ryet eady when we arrive, or cancelled reservation in favor of others. Last Sunday, our service was cancelled because when we arrived we didn't have a room although we have a reservation and a contract. When front desk was asked. we were given a turn around, like "don't know, I'm new, etc.)
 
 
 
 
 
Good with one exception

My stay was fantastic. Clean rooms and great amenities. Had a questionable encounter with the early morning front desk person. He was very rude and unaccommodating when presented with a simple request from myself. He seamed very overwhelmed and irritated. Not a very good ambassador for your hotel.
 
 
 
 
 
A comfortable place to stay

We stayed here a week and hated to leave. The hotel was very clean and the staff members were courteous. The breakfast area was a little crammed and the pool area ran out of towels several times, but they were only minor inconveniences. They treat their guests to freshly-baked chocolate chip cookies every day at 5:30....what a nice treat!

Personal were friendly and courteous. Rooms were spacious and very clean. The free use of a computer was nice, but wish it would be in a different location instead of by the front entrance. Overall experience was good!
 
 
 
 
 
location was perfect

The location was perfect and the staff went out of their way to assist us with information on ski packages, tours and shopping. The service was great! The complimentary breakfast was a real treat and a money saver. We met other guests from all over the United States and enjoyed visiting with them.
 
 
 
 
 
Dishonest staff

I stayed one night here. When I checked my credit card bill they charged me for two nights. I called three times to get them to correct this and every time they said that the manager would call me back but he never did. I had no other choice but to dispute it with my credit card company. A NIGHTMARE!

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. They are trying to claim we had gotten one of the mattresses wet and stained in our room. There was never anything spilled and I personally felt and looked at the mattress in question and there was nothing wrong with it. They charged us $120 for this mystery stain! We are disputing this and have also filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Not only did we have this experience, one of the people staying there with us had private information disclosed inappropriatly. The owners were also seen and heard YELLING at an employee while the lobby was full of people. They are extremely unprofessional and our overall experience has been a nightmare.

Great stay !

I was there for three days-booked on yahoo-great deal--the hotel has a great breakfast, more than "continrntal", really nice full size pool, but most of all a VERY helpfull staff-they made it a most plesant stay. Go, you will enjoy.
