Supreme Inn & Suites, Gonzales

My company rented these rooms while in Gonzales working. For three weeks I had to beg for towels and toilet paper. When I asked for either, I was treated like I wanted their paycheck. My room went for two weeks without being touched; I had to remove my own trash, clean my own bathroom, and make my own bed. After the second week I asked for clean sheets and was treated with disgust. When some of our guys asked why their rooms were not cleaned, they were told because they didn't tip the maids (by the maids). Here's your tip: earn your paycheck just like I do.

It was dirty, mold on air conditioner unit, no shower head, no phone, broken ice box, broken TV remote, bugs, no blankets, no iron, no ironing board, no hair dryer, I could on and on. This place is disgusting!!!

this is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in It claim to be a smoking hotel with smoking rooms but is not equiped to be a smoking facility. There is no ventilation, you cannot open the windows to breath or for the smoke to escape and taking in second hand smoke as well because of no ventilation. A complaint was sent to the health department and BBB. The service was awful and the front desk most of the time no one is there. The Mnanager was quite unpleasant ,what ever happen to southern hospitality??????Take my advise do not stay at this hotel. My last night there I had to drive around to get some air at 3:00 am this is no way for a guest to be treated

For this price, the leisure traveller can overlook that the wallpaper is peeling, the room smells somewhat musty, the woodwork in the non-smoking room has cigarette burns, the bathroom features a paper bathmat, and the "continental breakfast" supplied is really, really basic. However, when the business traveller is led to believe from the website and reservation's agent that wireless internet access is available in the room and then comes to find out once checked in, that there is only one wireless transmitter in the business office and non-dialup internet access is only available in the lobby, that business traveller feels a bit deceived. That said, the staff is very friendly and willing to accommodate requests with the resources at hand.
