Never again

We stayed here in June 2009 and was very nice place to stay. Went back in Oct and was a terrible experience. First room received had broken furniture and bed was very old looked like a water heater had laid in it. Hallways were dirty, rooms were not clean and needed repairs. towel racks falling off of wall in bathroom. Moved to another room and it wasnt much better. Put us on 3rd floor with smokers. checked the hallway colon sprayer all empty. requested they be refilled and it wasnt done. Trash was filled and overflowing on 1st floor side exit for 3 days. Just kept piling up. WILL find another hotel to stay in

Great stay, but rate not correct

Have stayed at the hotel before, and it has great accomodations. My only complaint is the difference that I was charged when making the reservation online with the Travelocity service, versus what was charged when I left ... difference of $60 that I have no idea if it is refundable to me. There was no mention of fees or charges for this and looking over my reservation e-mail from Travelocity, there is nothing to account for it.
