Hyatt Place Princeton, Princeton

I stayed in this hotel in 2007. When I got to the room it was dirty. The shower and bathroom floor were not clean. Hair in the shower. The next room was missing items such as coffee pot. It also had rice strewn over the couch. The last room I tried actually had blood stains on the shower curtain. The front desk was told but they did not have the problem taken care of. Never again!

My family stayed for 4days much of which was spent at Sesame Place which is ~15 minutes away. We were near fabalous eateries and shopping. We quickly found our way around to the sites, however getting to the hotel from PA was initially tricky. I plan to stay here annually with my family. The suite was perfect for us and the price was too.

We stayed at Amerisuites now Hyatt Place in July 2007. Loved it! Rooms were great, spacious, and clean. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Great location with restaurants right outside the door. Easy 15 minute ride to Sesame Place, and much more afforadble then hotels close to the park. Would definately go back!

Booked the room as a package through Sesame Place. Took our two young children. The hotel lobby was nice, it had an aroma of popcorn. (Popcorn maker in the lobby) For the most part the room was nice. The beds and the room were clean. (NO BEDBUGS AS ONE PERSON MENTIONED, and trust me, I looked EVERYWHERE) One bed, the boxspring was torn. I called the front desk and they were pleasant and said that they could not get a new boxspring at the moment, but they would take care of it. The bathroom was not kept well. There was mold in many areas of the caulking and in the wallpaper. The customer service was good. We actually left a day early and they were very accomodating. They even agreed to a refund of the unused night. The pool was nice. It was relatively clean, and there was no lifegaurd on duty. The ventiliation was not great and it was very warm in the room, but overall acceptable. The free continental breakfast was fine. Many carbs, but also eggs and sausage. Overall not the best experience, but it was fine. Without the mold in the bathroom I would have been much happier

We stayed at this hotel twice in the last 4 years and have loved it! We have kids and this is approx 10 minutes to Sesame Place. It has an indoor heated pool, a delicious breakfast buffet, a flowered walkway to two restaurants - one Mexican and one Italian and to top it off it is next to a mall which is great for window shopping, not for buying as it is pretty high end shops. This is a great weekend gettaway and they incorporate the Sesame Place tickets in and you pick them up at the desk. Plus I forgot to mention, as the name says, it is an all suite hotel. Great for the kids, you don't have to worry about getting a fridge or microwave for the milk, juice and snacks. Enjoy, I recommend to all my friends!
