Holiday Inn Express Tuscola, Tuscola

The staff was so friendly! We were there for one week and everyone was very helpful. The cleaning staff was great, too. Since we didn't have our room cleaned everyday, they were thoughtful enough to ask each day if we wanted service and worked around my time in the room. I spent a great deal of time in the room so it was nice to be asked. The pool was a little cold for the weather. Not sure thermostat was working properly or it might need to be a few degrees warmer. It would be wonderful to have microwaves in all the rooms and a small frig. Thank you for a great stay.

I went on line at the web site and made my reservation. When I arrived the desk clerk was very friendly. He swiped my credit card and gave me my cards (key cards) with the access code for the wireless internet. Our room was on the first floor and when I opened the door I was pleasantly surprised. The room was nice and clean with pictures on the walls and nice white bedding. I had two queen beds and each bed had four pillows;two firm and two soft. The access code worked with the internet and I got on line just fine. We didn't have breakfast or use anything else in the hotel, but our stay was very comfortable and I will be back. The Tanger Outlet Mall is right across the street and there is a wonderful restaurant called Tuscany on Highway 36 and they have steak and pasta. It was a nice experience.

My reservation was made quickly and Check In was fast. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Breakfast in the morning was excellent. The staff was extremely friendly. Hotels is very convenient to I-57 and is close to an outlet mall. We will be back!!
