Sun Valley Inn, El Centro

Had reservations for jacuzzi room arrived at AM key would not open door, sent back to try key 5 times before owner tried it and could not open door. Given regular room until husband opened door next morning. Room had no fridge or microwave, they brought them in but could not hook them up properly. Air conditioner tripped breaker repeatedly as I stood there maid vacuuming floors and was told they would bring another air conditioner 2 hours later I gave up and said I wanted to leave. Sign said 39.99 for regular room was charged 69.99 and told that room was bigger I did not even use the shower etc. Room was old bed was uncomfortable alarm did not work. saw the breakfast was a joke. Bad Biz practice there are better choices in area...

very friendly hostess's, great service, wonderful environment, no need to go anywhere else! The room was very clean and comfortable. A great value for comfort, convienience, and excellent service. One of the best nights of my life, they took care of everything!
