Super 8 Pigeon Forge, Pigeon Forge

We actually checked out and went elsewhere. Hallways reek of cigar smoke. Pool is filthy! Others had scraped "CLEAN ME" in the ring of CRUD around the pool edge! Staff couldn't care less if you were there or not! Rang bell at desk 8 times, yelled hello back to the office...couldn't get anyone's attention to help us at the desk. I would NOT go back if they gave me the room for free! And frankly the filth in the pool is probably a health department issue!

My friend and I stayed at this motel for three days and was extremely pleased with it. The manager was very nice and the rooms were clean and fresh. We liked the fact it had a microwave and a refridgerator in the room. The weather was very hot but our room was always nice and cool. The rooms were very quiet and comfortable. It was a very enjoyable experience and I will stay here again. I will recommend it to my friends and family.

I had called the Super 8 Pigeon Forge and the customer service personal kept telling me I was calling from the room and would hang up on me. Which in fact had planned on staying there in July and with him being so RUDE I WILL NOT stay there if it was the only place I had to stay. I asked to speak with the manager and he said he was the manager.

I looked at many reviews of this hotel before I booked it. Many people complained of the pool and parking. The pool is horseshoe shaped and a bit small but hardly anybody used it. My daughter and myself went for a swim and had the whole thing to ourselves. To me the pool wasnt that important. I can see where parking could be a problem if the hotel is crowded. But we stayed June 23-27, 2009 and the parking lot was 50% capacity. I liked the fact that there was parking under the hotel which made unloading your vehicle simple. Parking would be a nightmare if the hotel was busy. All in all it was clean with good service so I would stay again. Oh I never made it to the continential breakfast so I cant comment on it.

room was okay for price paid...only paid 35.00 needs to be updated..staff was great and close to everything

you get what you pay for. 1)Parking were partially block with columns so that it woluld be easy to damage your car on them. 2)Stain on the Chair 3) Small Pool. VERY SMALL. SO SMALL 4) Breakfast was good 5) Location was good 6) Plug did not work in the room

The location and cleanliness was exceptional. It was a little pricey, but very nice. There was not much on the continental breakfast, so we had to make plans to eat out every morning. It had a very nice, clean pool and the service was wonderful.
