worst customer service ever

when we arrived we were told that our reservation could not be completed--they did not have a roll a way bed available that we could take a blanket and pillow and SLEEP ON THE FLOOR or we could leave! They had no trouble taking our credit card and reserving the money for them if we did not show up but supplying what we reserved was not an option on their part. When we asked to speek to the manager the young very poor acting manager said NOPE! We called the 800 number and were told they would get intouch with us on Monday at the latest---it is now Wednesday and still now word. Good job boys we will never use a Marriott facility again.
