Quality Suites Maumelle, Maumelle

We liked the location. Unfortuntately that was it. We spoke with District Manager, twice, he committed to calling back, with a resolution, but never did. We were getting married and put our family up in 3 rooms for a total of 19 nights, and they horrified us with the story of their stay on the day of their check-out, so not to bother us, at which time, i personally reviewed the conditions of the rooms, and took pictures. Dist mgr told us our family was welcome to stay elsewhere if they were dis-satisfied. :-) 1) The room reeked of smoke even tho labeled as non-smoking. 2) keys to room did not work 3) staff not at desk most of time and didnt answer phone 4) Mold in shower and toilets dirty (we have pics) 5) Lights burned out and fixtures filthy. 6) rooms not cleaned daily 7) No fresh towels, shampoo or soap 8) bed linens not changed for entire week. 9) Old dirty carpet rolled up just outside door for entire stay. The staff was fired, but the problems remain unresolved, and the district manager was nothing but insulting when we contacted him. We were very suprised because our experiences with the choice hotel group were mostly positive, previous to dealing with Dist Mgr about this episode in Maumelle Arkansas.
