Baymont Inn and Suites Anderson, Anderson

I like this hotel due to its convenient location near my mothers home, but it is need of some serious renovation...both in exterior, interior and staffing. We have stayed at this hotel twice. The first time experiencing rude staff and rooms not yet ready for our arrival. (We arrived well after 3 pm check in) The rooms were dingy and the beds were very uncomfortable. Second time around we had hoped the staff would be in a better mood but experienced the same bad attitudes. The room was a different room but had the same dirty carpet and horrible bedding. We expect this type of room and service at a cheap hotel, but at over $120 a night, it's absolutely uncalled for. We'll never stay there again until full renovations and hiring take place.

This place is the worst very dirty. I stayed there 2 weeks for business on and off. I suspected a room I was in they didnt change sheet. So I marked it , came back to room 4 days later and asked for that room and they used same sheet and some was in there before and after me! I complained but I later found out maids do it all the time talking to some truck drivers there.. Stay away! Dont look behind night stands either they have things growing on carpet. very dirty place.

We've stayed at this Inn on numerious occassions. If there is any problem, the staff is quick to remedy it. The cost of the room and the cozy space are reason enough to return. My children love the indoor pool, as do I. We also enjoy the use of the Inn's computer so we do not have to lug around a lap-top. We can not sing enough praises for this Inn.
