What was great about this place: Location and staff hospitality and professionalism. They made me feel very welcome and were attentive to the customer. What was awful and I mean AWFUL about this place: Limited air conditioning in the lobby and no airconditioning in the hallways (August????). Room keys were a nightmare, constantly needing to be rekeyed (all 4 rooms that my party stayed in). Ice maching on the first floor out of order. Now I saved my favorite for last: The Beds!!!! *They Kept Falling Apart At The Frame*, in two room that I rented. The beds collapsed when you sat down on them. Not safe at all and extreemly unacceptable for a multi-million dollar company. It would cost far less for the Comfort Inn to appropriately assemble the beds than it would if it fell apart, I hit my head on the night stand and sue..... Un-Be-Lievable!!!!!

forced into a smoking double when reserved a non smoking king...fridge did not work right....room smelled terrible....supposed to a 7 day stay...only lasted 3 because of more overbooking...was forced out of the place altogether...breakfast was not good

The rooms are clean, breakfast more than adequate, and the pool great for burning off the kid's extra energy. The staff is friendly and helpful. The lack of an elevator is a minus, though, especially if you have a physical disability or need to lug a lot of luggage. This will be our third stay since Nov. 2008.
