Beau Rivage Hotel Resort and Casino, Biloxi

My wife & I stayed there for the first time & LOVED it. We have stayed at resorts from Vegas to Lake Charles & Beau Rivage was one of the nicest. Food was good. Service was good & the casino was MUCH nicer than any of the others in Biloxi. We visited most of the other casino's during our visit & none came close to Beau Rivage's. Our room was very nice & by no means "out dated". Coffee pots in the room would be nice, but knowing they didn't provide them, we took our own. The comps were good also. Every time we went to eat, all we had to do was play for a couple ours & our comps were back to where they were before we ate, & we played mostly quarter slots. We were there for 4 days & did not take that much money. Fully expected to run out of money before the trip was over, but slots payed off better than we expected. Over all, it is a Very nice resort & am already planning next trip back. Thanks Beau Rivage & looking forward to next trip

My wife and I have been a guest of the Beau Rivage on numerous occassions. We have found this hotel casino resort to be the best East of the Mississippi. The courtesy of the staff is exceptional, the food is excellent, and the atmosphere is relaxing and inviting. Highly recommend to all !

I have been going to Beau Rivage for about 8 or 9 years on a regular basis and really loved going there; it was just a very classy place to stay with good dining choices, the buffet was excellent. It was such a pleasant get away and lots of fun. However, in the last 2 years I find the hotel especially the rooms are wearing and in need of updating. The food quality has also declined. The comp system has also changed drastically and it takes substantially more money spent gambling to get decent offers. I don't go nearly as often as I did in the past because I feel that I no longer get enough value for the cost.

I just love this casino. It's beautiful like the name says. You're having fun. Yes if your seeing a show or playing in the arcade.

Was VERY disappointed in this so called 4 star hotel. HORRIBLE. We pulled back the covers on our beds and the sheets were stained! The bathroom had hairs everywhere! It was disgusting. I emailed the hotel and also complained when i was there, they acted if as though it was no big deal! What a waste of money. DO NOT STAY THERE!

While I enjoyed the stay, Iwas charged a $7.49 per day "resort fee". When we asked what it was, we were told it was to cover the "free parking" and "free workout area". If it is free why was I charged for it. Small amount but I hate to get ripped off and made to feel silly for even asking the question!

The hotel is joke. I arrived after scheduling 2 months prior and room is still not ready for at least and hour. You are paying $300 a night with no coffee maker, or mini-fridge. I stayed at the Best Western across the street and had better. It was also a B-day celebration for a family member and couldn't get the ritzy hotel workers to send flowers to their room! Save your time and money and leave this fake Vegas wannabe alone.

Rude, slow, restaurant staff, terrible service, bad attitude for customer service types. Used to be extremely nice place, spent a lot of weekends there. Not much of a gambler (So I know mgm doesn't really care what I think) we just go for weekend getaway or used to go there. Too many other choices at better prices in area. The hotel used to be great but needs updating (cleaning?). Sandestin is a much better choice if you just want a resort atmosphere or The Hard Rock if you want a resort and gambling.

Almost 300.00 for a room with no WI-FI no coffee pot or refidgerator.And you had to tell call and tell them when you wanted to have you bedding changed.Save your money we got a room a Best Western for 75.00 with all the above and just as clean

Went to the Beau 2 weeks ago to see Craig Ferguson. Show was good, Ferguson was great...first time in auditorium, and really like it.. though the seats could have been a wee bit more spaced apart. The place was very active and super busy and staff were most helpful. HOWEVER, the buffet has visibly gone down fast since my last visit in July 2009. Seafood selection was poor (its seafood country for crying out loud!), and only had one shrimp to choose from (fried) and was obviously foreign source as any true southern KNOWS gulf shrimp when they smell it or taste it. The other seafood (catfish and tilapia) were standard and not really impressive. Decent choice of desserts, but the entree side of the buffet was very lacking especially in quality. To be honest, it wasnt much better in terms of selection than Golden Corral, much less for 2.5 times the price. Unfortunately I guess the business which has dropped off significantly at the Beau due to the recession has forced them to drop the quality and selection of the food offered. And as a result, I am done with the Beau for buffet dining as the cost of nearly $30 a person (after tax) is not justified at all.
