Front Desk help unbelieveably bad

Messed up reservations at check in sent one of our handicap people who requested a first floor room to a different hotel because they didn't have elevators or an available 1st floor room then gave us a first floor room which we didn't request(so we just gave it up to the one that needed it) then put all rooms on wrong credit cards and had to take an hour to check out to fix mistake. Front desk clerk was a 22 year old who did not know how to treat customers was rude and totally unprofessional
