Americas Best Value Inn, Brownsville

We stayed at this hotel for our honeymoon so we could save money for Padre.....They only had one towel, no wash clothes and was very dirty, when we asked for more they said only two towels per room.....Ok so there was only one towel......We asked if they could come back to clean room on day and they said NO, now or tomorrow they had one more room to do before they got off...then we had to checkout one day early and asked for refund for that one day, was told no then manager said yes but wouldn't be on till two days....well it's been three days and still no refund...Now say's three more days....Will never stay here again.
