Treasure Island Resort & Casino, Welch

Would like to attend but cannot get on web site for Mike Willson. The letter I received says to go on mike.willson@ticasino.com but it does not work.

My husband and I are not big gamblers and do not frequent casinos but we were invited to a birthday party being held at the bowling alley at T.I. Due to the date we were forced to bring 2 of our 6 children along with us. They are 2 boys both age 10. At first when we registered, we were given keys to a room located in "Buffalo Tower", can you say scary and in desperate need of updating? After a quick call to the front desk and $50.00 extra we were given a room in the "Eagle Tower" (the new area) which was 100% better. It smelled nice and featured a much updated decor. The casino itself was very kid-unfriendly and signs reminded you constantly that kids were not welcomed in most areas without a parent. The pool and bowling alley were okay but the gift shop was rather blah and the casino itself is full of smoke and in desperate need of an ice cream shop. If you are not an adult and not in to gambling or a couple games of bowling, there is not a whole lot to do. I would NEVER bring the whole family back here for a weekend.

We are planning to go to Treasure Island, but I agree with other reviewers. The webite is terrible. I can't get any info on hotel or reservations either. This seems to be typical with native casinos and hotels, since I work at one. I've seen it all. Our casino manages to screw up reservations and everything else there too. I doubt we will be staying there now. They better learn more business practices.

My husband and I just needed a quick get away so we came to Red wing for this past weekend! We had a blast at the casino, the staff at the Hotel were very nice! Our room was clean, we had a great breakfast! We are planning on coming with three other couples to celebrate some July b-days!Just would like to get a better rate than $109.00

Everything was under one roof. You did not have to go outside to get from the hotel to the casino. People, on the whole, were generally friendly and helpful. It would be nice to have more non-smoking areas, and also to have more places to purchase food. More in the gift shop, too.

We stayed in the jacuzzi sweet and it was very romantic.

As I am trying to decide where to spend my vacation, I hear this is a great place. BUT how am I supposed to know anything about it when this thing they call a website does not contain pictures, descriptions, availability, and prices. What a complete waste of my time, you just lost a customer.

Loved it! We had a room with a king size bed, smoking. This room had probably the biggest bathroom I've ever seen in a hotel.. The food was wonderful and the staff friendly and helpful. The casino is very large and attractive. I was only there 1 night but will definitely go back and spend a longer time. This was my first time at Treasure Island and it is now on my list of favorite hotels and casinos.
