We had a very good experience here. The room was extra clean and the service was great. Not one bad thing to say. We would definitely return for another stay.

I actually had two rooms but the one booked on the internet was bad. The other reservation was made by phone following the internet purchase. This particular hotel room was heavily laden with smoke like I've never send before. We stayed for a two day period and had to open the window most of the time we were there for fresh air. This was the weekend of my son's wedding which was held in a nearby community. The clerk was adamant that I could not leave my dogs inside the room even though they were inside a large travel kennel. They couldn't touch anything inside the room and were not about to be noisy because they are companions. They are two miniature schnauzers. So I had to drag my dogs around from location to location because of this rule which I didn't see posted when I made the reservations. I will never try to take my pets with me again. This was a terrible experience. On the day of check out my family showed me the housekeeping rule which states the room's occupant doesn't have to be present for housekeeping services if pets are concealed in a crate. Well I had a crate and it wasn't good enough for the clerk on duty during our stay. I asked him to go to the room and see how my dogs were situated but he wouldn't assist me what so ever. I asked for a manager but he claimed there was no one to speak to about my pet problem. On the wedding day my dogs were placed inside their kennel in a dry garage belonging to my daughter-in-law's aunt and uncle. This was a terrible inconvenience for such an important weekend. I will never again select a hotel claiming to welcome pets.

Our reservation was not honored. Said they were full despite our confirmation number. They made us take an upgrade and pay the higher price for what they called a suite. Wallpaper peeling off the walls.
