Great all around hotel. Everything great. Rooms are nice and clean. Employees very nice and very helpful. Will recommend to all my friends. Well worth the money .

Not Safe To Say Here

Our car was broken into while we stayed there. There are no security cameras or security guard on duty at night. The manager and corporate said there were signs in the parking lot. That means they are only covering themselves and have NO REGARD for the safety of their guests. The manager said there was also a breakin the night before. GREAT!

I LOVED it! Most people that enjoy a Great Hotel like I DID never take the time to write a GREAT comment!!! But i will!!! The staff was great Friendly Nice & Helpfull! I actually took the time to meet the management as well! Good Job TEAM (p.s. For those that write bad comments... Stay Home)

Horrible Experince with Staff at Hotel

We were told when we called this hotel directly that they allowed Pets. Arrived to be harrassed by staff when we entered the hotel with our dog that we must leave immediately, no pets allowed. Many much nicer hotels including the Mansion on the Riverwalk, if you want pet friendly in this price range, Travelocity rebooked us at the Holiday Inn Select, beautiful hotel, accomodating staff and pet friendly.

This is one of the worst experiences me and my family had.

The room don't look as nice as they do online and the furniture in the rooms is out of date and old. The bathroom was full of mold on the walls,ceilings and in the toilet. Gross, gross gross! We asked them to clean the toilets and they never did. The service was terrible. We couldn't even get a clean blanket,we were afraid to eat the breakfast due to rodents. Also the stairways appeared to have not been cleaned in months nasty,nasty,nasty! They even had mouse traps set with dead rodents and lots of spider webs that needed to be cleaned. I would never ever recommend this hotel to anyone........................ever.

Lower-end hotel with lower-end results!

Stayed here for 2 nights in June 2007. All my fellow colleagues did as well (none with anything good to say of the place.) Our room had a mold spot in the bathroom (attempt to paint over was poor at best.) The AC was cold but noisy (which was not incredibly bad as the gas station next store decided to power-wash their parking lot until 3AM one night . . . a fiasco!) The pool was small, breakfast was mediocre (greasy sausage and scant choices)and the ambiance included a freeway view with one-way access to the hotel. I wouldn't recommend this place but it wasn't the worst stay I've ever had. Is close to Airport and reasonable to downtown. Did have Wi-Fi, tourist info in the lobby and staff service that was unnoticable (a plus in my mind.)
