Red Roof Inn Austin - Round Rock, Round Rock

The staff was extremely helpful. Even though they were booked, they sympathized with the fact that we needed to change hotels due to deplorable conditions at another hotel chain. They gave us a card and told us to call back several times before our required check out time at our other hotel to see if anyone had cancelled a reservation. There was a cancellation and we were able to stay. Which we were excited about since there was the bike rally, softball tournament, and an ice skating competition in town. The staff was very helpful about questions about the area and the hotel itself was very clean and well kept. It was a great value as well. I came home and printed out the information to keep in our file of places to stay at when we are back in the area.
