I'll never stay there again

I have a HiltonHonors membership, and booked online well in advance at a group rate ($99). I was given a room where the wallpaper border on one wall had 16 push-pins holding it in place, and they'd obviously been there for a while, as they had been painted over. The staff were rather unprofessional in manner and grooming. They did not warn me they were paving the parking lot, so I returned in the evening to find that access was rather difficult, and I now have tar on my shoes. Traffic blocks the entrance for hours during the day, and nearby restaurants are mediocre. Bad location, bad service, inferior facility. RDU flight path directly overhead. Noisy Waffle House customers next-door woke me up at 4:20 a.m.
