The charges weren't clear about pets. We ended up with an extra $20 charge that wasn't mentioned when I reserved the room, nor was it mentioned on the confirmation. Our sink kept backing up. The walls are so thin in this motel that you can hear everything. Children were running upstairs most of the night.

The toilet in our room did not work. The management staff would not fix it. Gave us a key to room next door to use bathroom! He expected us to get up in the middle of the night to go next door to use the bathroom!!! Then he says that he has tried to accommodate us and if we didn't like it WE would have no choice but to leave! Never will I stay there again. Stay at the Los Lunas Inns down the street - beautiful place and management is great! Like NOTHING about Days Inn.

I wanted something local to meet friends coming from a distance. EASY freeway access helped my wearry travelers. A wal-mart so close by for the absebt minded travelers last minute items was a plus. I chose a groundfloor smoking for the handicapped person recovering from surgery, (can't do stairs) Staff was so helpful to my requests and booking needs I have been back for "repeat trips" and starting to plan for july/07 Price could be better but worth it anyway.
