Hyatt Place Atlanta Airport South, College Park

Hyatt looks nice inside the lobby and awesome in the room. When I first saw the room and the large t.v. I was like this feels like home. I turned it on and they were displaying all these hdtv movies that can be downloaded on demand.However, you have to pay at least $14 for a movie. So what do you do you turn the channels and find that the t.v. only have about 30 channels. Guys you will love this they have about 5 ESPN channels, 3 hunting channels, and 3 hotel room channels. Sorry, ladies the only channel we have is TLC and maybe one other. Poor kids I didn't see a nick or disney. Teens don't worry there is a disappointment for you too. They don't have mtv, bet, vh1 or even hbo. It likes a person's worst nightmare...to have this large tv and no channels. they really want you to buy those hdtv movies. As you can tell i was really upset with the tv. The room was nice though. there was a sink and a refrig. but no microwave. however the staff was willing to warm up your food in their kitchen. It would of been nice to have had a microwave in the room or easy access downstairs. i went to work out and really enjoyed the equipment. the treadmill and bike housed a t.v/ radio inside of them. therefore you controlled what you watched/ heard. All and all it was an okay stay.

Booked a suite here, showed up with my child got no suite, however was charged for one, and my son was told to sleep on the couch. Also the 24 hour shuttle does not exist. I was also given no refund of any type, and was rudely treated.

The experience was great... the staff was excellent. Thank you Monica and staff for your service. the price was great and the atmosphere was wonderful. I will be going back there anytime I am in Atlanta. The rooms was great and always clean...love that they had so many mirrors If you are going to Atlanta and need a place to rest your head, but you want to feel like you are home, the Hyatt Place Atlanta Airport South is the place to go... Thank you again to the staff for a wonderful time and recommending some places for me to visit...thank you

room was clean and quite large, well appointed, 42" tv is excellent, continental breakfast is nice but the choice is limited, I was here for 3 days and if it was longer I think that it would become quite bland that said its in the room price so you CANT complain, its convenient for the airport but a little remote, you need a car to stay at this hotel, but highly recommended.

What I liked: location; customer service upon arrival; 42 inch LCD TVs in every room. What I didn't like: continental breakfast (ends too early at 9:30am, eating area very small, not enough choices); machines in exercise room were all defective; housekeeping not consistent.

I stayed there for 5 days. This hotel is very clean, cozy and big room (but not expansive!) and breakfast is also nice!!!!I would like to go back again.

We enjoyed our stay at AmeriSuites. Very clean and the staff very nice.Although the Nascar race we came to see was rained out and we lost our $220.00 tickets, we still had a good time. We look forward of coming back soon.Thank you,Charlotte Conner
