Nasty!

We checked in too late at night to find another hotel!!! The carpet in the room was covered with stains, and very dirty!!! The shower had lots of soap scum, and there was mold in the shower and sink. We immediately checked out the next morning, only to hear another customer complaining of no air conditioning for two days. When she asked to speak with a manager she was told he was not on the grounds, and it was 10am. The morning staff seemed overwhelmed with complaints, and would not make eye contact. We were handed the wrong bill with another person's credit card number. We returned it immediately and asked for our bill copy. We did not eat the complimentary breakfast for fear of lack of cleanliness. Definitely will not recommend this hotel to anyone. Extremely over priced for the condition and lack of service.
