Days Inn Crossville, Crossville

Traveling for several days upon returning home we stopped in at this hotel given by our tomtom. The smell inside was very musty, beds very springing and the pillows were nonexistent. The following morning my husband and children went across the street to eat and I stayed behind. My husband left both keys inside the room with me so I could check out after I finished packing and dressed. While getting dressed(i hadnt check out yet) a women and child entered unannounced(maid service) once she realized I was in the room proceded to say sorry sorry and left. I called up to the front desk and informed them of what happened. 10 minutes later my husband went to front desk and the front desk clerk(john) procedes to tell him the the maid service did knock. One- if she did knock then why did she act like she wasnt supposed to be there, also and if I havent check out yet and its not after the time I am supposed to be there.. why would maid service be entering my room? To plunder through my things? To let the little girl use the bathroom? Its not to freshen my sheets because I am not spending another night. Made a complaint with the corporate office and left a message with John to leave for the manager to call me after 12 when he/she gets in. needless to say management hasnt returned my call.

Wow is this really the US Only 70 miles past Pigeon Forge and yet completely disgusting, Although i'm sure she is concidered quite attractive in her own little group, the "cough" FEMALE they had working the front desk made my skin crawl. It takes more than 3 teeth to get my number....yick!

Great rooms, clean, micro, fridge, good value. There is only one set of stairs for a very large building. If your on the second floor with lots of luggage it is a major inconvenience or a great way to fit in a little exercise. I would stay here again

Before i wrote my review i read the other reviews to see what other people thought about the hotel. I dont see how they could say anything bad about this hotel. I had a wonderful stay from getting checked in to checking out in the morning! The desk clerk was very nice and really helpful from getting us settled to giving directions to the best places to eat! This place really makes you feel at home with their excellent staff especially the desk clerks! This is the place to stay if your vistiting Crossville or passing through for vacation!

What a great place to stay! The location is fantastic is off I-40, behind crackel barrell and waffles house. Nice and quiet room. The staff were very nice and friendly from the front desk to the housekeeper. I enjoyed their breakfast especially the waffles. I will definetly recommend this hotel to my friends.

The location is just off I-40 and behind Cracker Barrel and Waffle House which is excellent. The room was clean and nice and hotel staffs are very friendly and courteous.

Upon arrival I was expecting a typical Days Inn experience. The front desk clerk was lost, had no idea where any thing was. The hallways, if you can call them that, were filthy. The room was even worse. It smelled as if they had bug bombed the place that day. The floors had pieces of trash all over them. The table was held up by a piece of paper. The bathroom was disgusting, the toilet was dirty, the tub was gross - stains all over the back and wall of the tub, and it looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. There was dust and dirt everywhere we looked. The security chain was broken off, and the door didn't close properly. It's on Executive Drive, sounds good right, don't believe it. There were people on the property that didn't belong and the "Executive Drive" is about as over stated as it gets. I would never recommend this "hotel" to any one, and I would strongly suggest that NO ONE stay here.

Maintanence is very poor in the two rooms we stayed in. The first room's A/C and heat system had a broken knob so only the A/C worked. Also there was no hot water in the room. We requested and were moved to another room. The second room had a sink faucet that dripped all night. The sink drain was clogged so the water drained very slowly. The only assistance from the front desk at checkout was to give me a business card and tell me to call the manager. BIG HELP.

I will always stay in this hotel everytime I visit crossville, They have new furniture and rooms are nice and clean. All staff from the front desk to housekeeper are very friendly. It is very convenient for me because Cracker Barrell and Waffle house are next door so you dont have drive to eat.

room was filthy, mildew in bathroom, food left in fridge, 1/2 the lights didn't work, deskclerk was obnoxious, and the "free" breakfast was pathetic. do not stay here!!!
