Sedona Springs Resort
By Tamara, 2/11/12
We've been here 3 consecutive years, renting the 2 bedroom. The kids took the 1 bedroom condo, with the upstairs master bedroom and loft. We took the 1 bedroom studio (lockout). The 1 bedroom studio is perfect for 1 or 2 people with a frig, microwave, hotplate, plates, flatware, etc. It comes with a dining table for 4. It actually can sleep 4 with the large king sized bed and king sized sofa sleeper. This is perfect for 1 or 2 people. The 1 bedroom condo has a full kitchen, downstairs dining and living room with the upstairs bedroom and loft. Both have full bathrooms. This resort is absolutely wonderful, from staff to facilities. It is a little older, but was just remodeled. Gorgeous landscape with 3 swimming pools and jacuzzi s. There is also an activity center to enjoy. I have stayed in the newer resorts and definitely prefer this over them. Extremely comfortable and conveniently located. There is much to do and see in Sedona.

Very, very satisfied
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 7/22/07
Total of 13 people--parents, three children, two childrens' spouses, six grandchildren. Rented two 2-bedroom units. We divided up with six adults in one unit and four adults and three children in the other. Location is very convenient, near everything in Sedona. Views from rooms beautiful. Space, space, space--the units are large, open, airy. Three of the grandchildren were small, ages 6,7 and 9. Had plenty room for them to play. Kitchens well stocked with usable dishes and flatware. The people at the desk were very helpful. One large outdoor pool and three spa pools here; one outdoor and one indoor pool at adjoining Villas of Sedona. Stayed one full week. Only thing that I can think of that would improve would be wireless internet connection in rooms--I had to go to the Villas clubhouse to access internet. Also, no washers/dryers in units. These were minor incoveniences considering the good overall. I would have given it five stars if wireless internet were available in rooms. No sales pitches--they were available but not required. No one even mentioned.

Sedona Springs Resort - Great Location
By Edward Beale, 6/10/05
We could only get a studio for our week in May, figured we'd go anyway, as most other resorts were already booked by January! When we arrived the place was mostly empty. Don't know if the restricted booking was because of the RCI exchange through HGVC for a VCI property, but it probably didn't help. The "spa" they talk about is the hot tub - don't expect to get a seaweed mask or mud bath here. Parking was easy. The unit was clean. The studios are adjacent to the 1BR units, with a door that lets them combine into 2BR. A couple nights the people in the next unit stomped around upstairs all night. No towel service unless requested (for a fee), no soap/shampoo after the first night, so bring your own. No internet connection which made my online class kinda hard. There is a computer in the lobby with highspeed, sessions limited to 30 mins for guests. The pools are not big enough to do laps, just dip and get cool. Sedona itself has amazing outdoor activities and great restaurants. Ask for the local "Page Springs Cellars" wine - it is fantastic. This was our first use of our timeshare, so we kept an open mind, and took notes for the next time. We will definitely come back to Sedona but we'll probably change some part of the resort experience, either location or at least unit size. Go on your terms or be ready to compromise!

Looking forward to returning.
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 12/31/04
Sedona Springs in beautiful Sedona, Arizona is outstanding. We had a one bedroom unit that sleeps 6. Equipped with a full kitchen, one and a half baths, jacuzzi tub, and fireplace. The place was immaculate. This was our fourth trip to Sedona and by far Sedona Springs tops all the places we've stayed at to date.
