We recently stayed at this Hotel and the room had not been dusted, fan in the bathroom was hanging from the ceiling, and the second bed had not been made up from before. The breakfast was cold and we had to reheat in the microwave.

Don’t believe their website – No Pool or Hot Tub

I booked and paid for a room as a gift for Mother's Day based on their website that stated this motel has a swimming pool and hot tub. After my parents checked in they called and mentioned that they were told that the pool and hot tub have not been in operation for almost a year! What a disappointment - A fun, unique gift that went bad because of dishonestly or laziness. Also, I had trouble completing my reservation online, prepaying for the room so I called. They could not or would not honor the online rate.

DAYS INN TRAP

DON'T BOOK DAYS INN. YOU CAN'T CANCEL YOUR ROOMS EVEN WHEN YOU CALL 3 WEEKS BEFORE RESERVATION. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS RUDE AND SAYS, "YOU BOOKED ONLINE SO YOU CAN'T CANCEL OR CHANGE A RESERVATION. OUR SYSTEM WON'T ALLOW US TO DO THAT." NOW WE ARE STUCK CANCELING OUR CREDIT CARD PAYMENT..

My wife and I stayed there and it was a very good experience. Rooms were excellent, very clean. Service was great and they supplied our needs. Only thing I would have liked to see was a little more variety in the morning snack. Thanks, Bill & Sshirley Neufeld
