This hotel is now a " smoke free hotel" only problem is they never cleaned the smoking rooms so they still STINK and the ceiling is brown from the nicotine! Also THERE IS NO POOL OR HOT TUB and by the looks of the pool area there may never be one again the windows are broken out and it's gutted.......also if you work at a dirty job or wear make-up DO NOT USE THE TOWLES OR WASH CLOTHS they will try to charge you $10 per item for staining them! Avoid at all cost!!!!

After Traveling for 4 days my family I arrived at this motel. It was important that we get a comfortable good nights sleep and unwind from this trip. This place did not feel safe or comfortable for 2 women and small children to stay. The front of the building was not anything like the picture on this website. The parking lot was dirty, the paint on the building was not inviting. There were windows busted out in the swimming pool area, which appeared to have not been broken recently and other amenities were not as expected from online information. The front desk clerk was polite and when I refused to stay at this establishment, he said he would refund my reservation fee. When I returned from my car to confirm our cancellation and refund, I was then told that they would not be refunding my reservation and in fact I would be charged the full amount. Very disappointed. Amazing how things change in just 3 minutes, so much for the customer is always right. For the amount of money that this establishment is charging, you would think that they could fix a window!!!

We recently stayed at this Hotel and the room had not been dusted, fan in the bathroom was hanging from the ceiling, and the second bed had not been made up from before. The breakfast was cold and we had to reheat in the microwave.

I booked and paid for a room as a gift for Mother's Day based on their website that stated this motel has a swimming pool and hot tub. After my parents checked in they called and mentioned that they were told that the pool and hot tub have not been in operation for almost a year! What a disappointment - A fun, unique gift that went bad because of dishonestly or laziness. Also, I had trouble completing my reservation online, prepaying for the room so I called. They could not or would not honor the online rate.

DON'T BOOK DAYS INN. YOU CAN'T CANCEL YOUR ROOMS EVEN WHEN YOU CALL 3 WEEKS BEFORE RESERVATION. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS RUDE AND SAYS, "YOU BOOKED ONLINE SO YOU CAN'T CANCEL OR CHANGE A RESERVATION. OUR SYSTEM WON'T ALLOW US TO DO THAT." NOW WE ARE STUCK CANCELING OUR CREDIT CARD PAYMENT..
