Drive On By !!!!!

I reserved a room at this property for three nights in August, based on "Free Hi-Speed Internet / Wireless".
When I arrived and checked in, there was no wireless service in either my room, the lobby or in the hallway by the router.
Because wireless access was critical for me, I told the desk clerk that I needed to find other accomodations with hi-speed service and wanted to cancel my stay (I was in the hotel less than one hour.)
She called the Manager who said I must pay for one night. The Manager would not talk with me that afternoon or return my call the next day. Subsequently, I called the Super 8 Customer Service Department, who took the info and sent a "flush" letter in about a week, saying only the hotel manger could resolve this issue.
So, Drive On By !!!
