Amazing service!

This is a beatiful place and the service is amazing, with amazing staff who seemed so genuine, and so helpful, but were also low-key and unobtrusive.
It would be good to know how they do things on the environmental front so you can feel a bit less guilty. There was not mention or promotion of any "green' policies, such as recycling of rubbish, where the sewerage goes etc (and we would have liked to know). Despite us asking that it not happen, our towels were replaced everyday, and there's a little rubbish dumb behind the walking track between the resorts near the Gulai Restaraunt.
