Won't recommend to anybody

Room was dirty, desk was ready to fall apart. Bathroom had grim on the shower head toilet seat was broken, bath towels were also dirty, smoke detector has grim on it hope it works. All appliances are out dated and are dirty. Staff was not to knowledable about the hotel and were things were located in the hotel. Biggest thing for us was that the room was in between to smokers rooms as we a nonsmokers has an order in room.

very great for a very good price!

this hotel had everything, i needed, it was clean anda great price. the only bad thing is that the walls seem to be very thin and you can hear people talking and walking around above you but great hotel! i stayed her for a week and a half. the location is good: close to fort hood and the killeen mall, but there are a lot of police sirens because you are close to the high way.

It was ok

We booked a king size room, but when we checked in they informed us they over booked king size rooms. They gave us a double room instead. When you first walk in the musk scented room deodorizer hits hits you in the face. Why not use vanilla? The curtains hang over the air conditioner vent so the cool air goes behind the curtains. They need to put something there to hold the curtains back. The bathroom vent was so loud and rattled so bad it sounded as if it was about to fall out of the ceiling. When the vent was installed the area was cut sloppily and crooked you could see where they cut it out. The breakfast was ok. For the money it was ok. I might stay there again if there is nothing else better to stay at.

I'm not sure who the other guest was talking about, but the staff when I was there went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure I had a everything I needed. They were very nice and accomodating. I have never left a comment about a hotel before but due to my experience at this particular hotel I felt I needed to. I was in dire need of a bottle opener, at first she couldnt' find one, but she didn't leave it at that. When another member of the staff returned later that evening she asked them and they found one for me. She didn't have to go to that extent for all she knew I had already found one...but she went the extra mile and that is what customer service is all about. When I return to Killeen, this will be the only place I stay. As for the room, it was very nice, very clean, very inexpensive for a "suite" and I had a wonderful time.
