Imperial Palace Suites, Quezon City

We checked in at one of the De Luxe Suites and it was really the best room that Imperial Palace Suite's has to offer. I love the big bathroom that has separate shower area and bathtub. Wi-fi connection inside the room is also good. I would also commend all the wonderful staff who assisted us during our stay. I will surely come back!

literally and figuratively our stay at the hotel was a nightmare. the room's ambience was very spooky. old furnitures, beddings and curtains and mirrors are all depressingly outdated and smelly. we kid you not all the nights that we slept in this hotel we had night terrors, someone choking us to death and woke up feeling exhausted and tired. does anyone knows any horror story about this hotel? i implore hotel management to change color theme of the hotel and get a priest to remove all the bad spirits.

This isn't a personal attack on the Imperial Palace Suites...I'm just telling it like it was. It all started off when a close friend of mine wanted to check into a room for just one day. We arrived in the Philippines for a Medical Mission and we were extremely tired from the long flight. My friend was asked for her Debit Card so that they can charge her for a days stay (She was going to later share a room with her best friend who was arriving a day later). They charged her for an 8 day stay instead of a one day stay and they did it three times. The Hotel knew of the Mistake but refused to refund her back. She then called her bank in the United States and they put a freeze on her account because of the mistake made by the Hotel Staff and their management. Basically...she was out of luck with no money to spend. Being a good friend, I helped her out financially, but the whole incident was uncalled for. To make matters worst, they tried to charge me for extra services I never got from the Hotel. When the Air-conditioning went out and I called them about it to get it fixed, they tried to charge me for it. They also tried to charge me for 5 phone calls I didn't make. And I don't want to talk about the elevator. The Management and the Staff were more concerned about getting their staff on the elevator than the paying customers that booked rooms at this Hotel. We came to this country to help people out and we paid a lot of money to stay at this hotel...we deserved a little bit better...that's my perspective...

unfriendly staff. Noise is everywhere inside and outside the hotel. Aircon is not working. There's no aircon in the hallway. Room amenities are incomplete and dirty. Not worth the money spent. Breakfast and menu is really terrifying. Disgusting hotel

Great location but so-so service. Nasty shower curtains and poor housekeeping. Need to update look and decor as well as furnitures.

imperial suites front desk personnel should learn to smile and acknowledge their guest.

i stayed there for 5 days and of all those 5 days, neither of those 5 days i got a nice, white comfortable towel. they need to change them, maybe even change their suppplier.

I stayed twice here for more than six weeks i.e. 3+ weeks in April 09 and 3 weeks in June 09. I choose this Hotel 2nd time just because of its prime location although I was not happy with its services on my 1st visit. Hotel needs to train or remove its Front Desk Staff as they don't know the norms of hotel industry. They handle guests like passengers are handled at bus stands or railways stations. Hotel's room service is good. However, house keeping services are too slow. One has to remind them again and again to get the work done. Security staff is very efficient.

as a traveller, i prefer other hotels in timog than imperial, i don't like the structure, the color, the staff, everthing about this hotel. it's a bad place

i spend my entire training here at Imperial Palace Suites and I'd swear to you that the experience was really great!! to those people out there, why don't you try before you judge this hotel? any way, the managers are really great and the best.
