IMPECCABLE service
This is one of the few hotels that I have ever stayed at where the staff is actually one of the major reasons to go back there. I could write pages on how wonderful the staff is at the executive lounge- personalized attention, friendly, attentive. The hotel has called me in the US to check if my stay was good and if I have suggestions for improvements.
pros: SERVICE, SERVICE, SERVICE. 2 free pieces of laundry a day, guest laundry facilities on 2nd floor, MRT is right around the corner, wonderful location at Clarke Quay. Did I mention the service?
cons: the room sizes range from closets to suites- try to get a corner room as the difference is noticeable. The internet is OK- mostly fine, sometimes not. Overall, the hotel needs a makeover.
This is the hotel I stay at for all biz visits to Singapore (I go at least once every two months).
