Comfort Inn Las Cruces, Las Cruces

Easy exit off I-10 great welcome by the front desk. There was a Golden Corral, Red Lobster, and Village Inn across the street. Good night's sleep until about 5:00AM when the power went out (gusty winds in the area). Breakfast at 7:00AM was bad - tasted like powdered eggs, no bacon, juices tasted watered down but the rest of the stay was fine!

We got in very late from a long drive and were pleasantly suprised when we arrived. The deskclerk not only gave us a room downstairs but helped us with our luggage since we couldn't manage very well ourselves. The rooms were clean, fresh and inviting. We had a great night's sleep and an enjoyable breakfast. I would recommend the comfort inn to anyone passing through the area.

Staff was very knowledgeable and helpful.Spend time patiently explaining everything.Rooms were comfortable and smelled fresh.Breakfast was a plus.Very satisfied.I have difficulty moving around and the room was quite spacious.Being close to the highway made it easy for me.

I have stayed several times.My third stay I became ill and the staff called 911 and stayed with me.Took care of my grandchild. Room is very comfortable and the breakfast is excellent.I would recommend this to all my friends

The hotel was clean and the location is good. The clerk was very helpful and nice. THe rooms were clean. Overall stay was very comforable.

Here is how my stay and the followup has gone: 1) They gave my room to someone else after I had told them I would be a very late arrival. 2) The night clerk lied when he said the day clerk had not made the reservation. 3) The only room available was vacated by another customer shortly before I arrived. 4) By the time the clerk changed the linens and I got to bed it was 2 a.m. and the room was unbearably hot. A short time after I turned on the A/C the condenser started making a horribly loud noise that sounded like someone was pounding on the door!! 5) I could never get the manager on the phone to voice my displeasure so I filed a complaint with the parent company and was promised that the hotel would send me a letter. When I never received the letter that was supposedly sent the parent company got a copy of the letter and mailed it to me. 6) The letter stated that the maintenance man did not find anything wrong with the A/C unit. If that is the way all their A/C units work then something is very wrong.
