Beware

Customer service is horrible, and God help you if you leave anything at this hotel. There appears to be no management on site. Jay (manager/owner) "did not come in today", per hotel employees when I called every day for two weeks. I was also told there is no assistance manager, nor anyway to reach Jay if there is an emergancy.
I was told to have someone pick up my property, and that I would have to have it shipped to me,(ok my bad for leaving it there). I did this, following their insturctions, and paying $60.00 to do so. Upon the arrival of my property, I was shocked and furious to learn that they had given the carrier two bags of pillows and a blankets that did not belong to me, but in fact belonged to the hotel.
As of Dec. 28, 2006 I've still not spoken to a Jay, managment, nor has my issues been resolved.
Beware; Do not stay at this hotel.
