A three-story Victorian house established in 1876, the Waverley is just the place for those who like elegance and beauty. There are 32 rooms, some small and basic, some with feather beds; all decorated with antiques and class. Within a couple of blocks you'll find all the shopping and recreational facilities you will need, grocery and drug stores, entertainment and lounges. Just a few minutes walk to the center of downtown. And yes, Oscar Wilde was one of many famous patrons. AAA/CAA members are entitled to 10% room rates with advance booking.

Absolutely Incredible

Stayed Saturday Oct 20th, 2007. WE had a beautiful suite on the third floor with a Chinese feather bed and beautiful hot tub. The house is elegantly restored and the staff are incredibly informative and professional. I strongly recommend this charming Inn to anyone both young and old as the location is perfect and the over all value can't be beat.

Close and comfortable

Convenient location and comfortable beds. Good breakfasts and character filled decor. If you're planning on staying here, just two warnings: Stay in a room far from Barrington Street (quite noisy with partiers) and no higher up than the 2nd floor (no elevators).

Love the rooms and staff too!

A step back in time, but I could still use my laptop with their free high speed wireless. Wonderful antiques. loads of charm and the staff were alwayus helpful and friendly. The location was convenient and although the parking was free I didn't fell like I needed a car staying here. The breakfast was free, but I dont know how they do it. Amazing blueberry pancakes, eggs, hasbrowns and the list goes on. I paid about $150 a night for a large room with queen bed and full bath and all the extras were free.' Quite, Cozy, PERFECT
