Average - nothing special

We asked for a non-smoking room and got a room that was right near the stairwell leading to the smoking rooms - out room always had the smell of smokers nearby. The bathroom had stains and wasn't very clean. We stayed for 3 nights and the weekends are noisy, the place wasn't built very well for sound. You can see all the nails popping through the drywall in the ceiling. It's worth the money if you are staying in Sioux City, it's only 5 min up the road and it's in a quiet area.
