The room was clean and no complaints, friendly staff. I would go back again.

I came in with my daughter at 1am. I requested 2 days. Thinking that I would be paying for Tuesday & Wednesday since it was after 12am. NOT! I asked the man at the front desk over & over if my departure was on Thursday. He confirmed & I paid him for 2 days. Wednesday morning I find out he made a mistake & instead of us leaving on Thursaday I have to leave now! Which means for "Monday" I paid 81 dollars for only 5 hours! I spoke to the "General Manager", if you want to call her that. I got no help whatsoever. All I got was big attitudes and no desire to assist anyone. I will never go back. It wasn't worth what I paid. Not fun, didn't enjoy myself. Horrible experience. Please don't go here. Opt for another hotel. One I might recommend is the LaQuinta Inns over in Tinley Park. Updated rooms. Doesn't have a musky odor. No rude staff. Allows pets and even has a pool.

I loved this Inn. It was the cleanist place I 've ever stayed.(I usually stay in 4star.) The staff was polite, sincerely kind, and accommodating. The decor was nice. The location was good for me, about 35 minutes into Chicago downtown. Breakfast was enjoyable.Will return. Erika.

First of all, the only positive was the breakfast attendant she was very nice and helpful.The waffles were awesome!!! As for the hotel appearance a make-over is needed. The bedspreads and the curtains need to be updated. The entire room needs a make-over. There should be microwaves and refrigators in the rooms. The hotel needs an updated electronic credit card machine.

Stayed here in the past, (2006)The hotel however, has changed - ownership and really depreciated. I booked three rooms, all were inconsistently serviced. Lobby entrance weclome mat was in need of vacuuming badly. Mobile Luggage carriers were totally worn-out and a disgrace have displayed at front entrance. Old A/C unit and smelly rooms. No Express check-in and check-out as advertised in fact credit card system needs update. No soap nor towels in (2) of rooms, told to come to front desk to pick-up amenities missing. No housekeeping number or staff on call Definitely in need of a upgrade or shut-down.

We just stayed at this hotel while we were in town for a funeral. Every other hotel we checked was booked so we reserved our rooms here. First of all, the decor is horrendous. Nothing matched. My two-year-old son could have done a better job decorating. There were numerous spots on the ceiling from water damage and a small hole above the toilet that appeared to have been previously patched and then water leaked through again. The room, with king sized bed, was extremely small especially after we had a very unsafe-looking portable crib brought in. There was barely any room to move. The sink and mirror were outside the bathroom (which we hate anyway) and it is terribly inconvienent and the bathtub is very narrow. The vending machines only include pop, so juice isn't available even if you can't/won't drink pop. The coffee in the main lobby was very strong and cold, so make some in your room if you really want it. The staff was very friendly and the only positive thing I did enjoy was a nice breakfast, which offered a variety of beverages and breakfast foods. Overall, I would spend the money on a Hampton Inn or Hilton. It is definately worth it.

The staff is very friendly, the motel is clean, the breakfast is decent, very easy to get to anywhere around the Chicagoland area. I highly recommend.

I was impressed by the helpfulness and friendliness of the entire staff, including the lady in the breakfast room. Any question or concern was promptly handled. My handicapped room was clean and comfortable. Being on fixed income, the rates were reasonable. Having your own transportation is helpful. One minor inconvenience--no ice machine on 1st floor... I would not hesitate to stay there again.

I've booked my family into this hotel on numerous occasions. It is convenient to expressway on-ramps, a variety of decent restaurants are close by, there's even a shopping center (K-Mart, Target, Best Buy, Kroger, & Portillo's Hot Dogs) across the street, in case you need anything.
