Quality Inn Rolla, Rolla

First of all I don't think they understand english, IMHO you should at least speak my language if you want my money. The pool was closed even though they advertise that it is in fact open. it felt like we were in a freezer, are they so cheap as to not even turn the heat on ( it was 5 degrees outside) and they wanted to charge almost a hundred dollars a night I know times are hard but there are way better hotels with cheaper rates please consider somewhere else before you stay here.

My husband and I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in Rolla and it was an enjoyable experience. The room was very clean and nicely decorated. The king size bed & pillows were SO comfortable. They had a great deluxe continental breakfast with a variety of choices. The people at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. Complimentary popcorn and the BEST homemade chocolate chip cookies were available in the front lobby when we arrived. On the downside, the pool area and hot tub did not look inviting. I considered using the hot tub, but decided against it when I saw the discoloration of the water. Also, it was a challenge to figure out how to use the hotel's free wireless internet service. After calling an 800 number and talking to a trouble shooter, my husband was finally able to get connected. I highly recommend the Rolla Holiday Inn Express as long as you don't have any plans to go swimming or use the hot tub.
