Reading all the glowing reviews made me really look forward to staying here since we couldn't get rooms at Disney. What a disappointment this place is. It is a huge, sprawling complex with no services. There is a small, limited deli, and even though there is a room service menu in the rooms and we were told there was room service, when we ordered, we were told "we don't deliver to the rooms". Our room was left with dirty dishes when we came home (tired and hoping for room service!), our request for connecting rooms not honored (even though there are thousands of rooms here)and very disinterested employees.
The buildings are not charming, they are cold, built from templates that have no personality, very sterile and six stories high, giving the place a scale of overwhelming and cold proportions. The rooms are very standard, bathtubs and baths are quite small and a sign warns you that the dishes and silverware are not sanitized. Beds are comfortable, lighting adequate, kitchenette well equipped and porch is screened in to prevent bugs and give you a pleasant sitting experience. Good internet connection which allowed me to write this review. Location is quite far from Disney World, it feels very isolated. Publix(grocery store) is across the street, but again, it is so far away, you absolutely must use your car to get anywhere.
Do everything you can to stay on the Disney property and avoid this place. I feel very sad for the people who bought a time share here expecting a good experience.
