Fairfield Inn Suites Norman, Norman

This hotel has one of the friendliest staffs imagineable. It was a quick and speedy check-in. The young lady at the desk was very polite and helpful ( she looked up directions for me and even print my boarding pass when I couldn't figure out how). The room was also very clean and comfortable. It was just a wonderful experience overall.

Just returned from a wedding weekend in Norman. We spent 2 nights at the Fairfield. Had to have our room key/cards reprogrammed FOUR times - basically, everytime we left. You could hear EVERYTHING in the room above - sounded like an aerobics class. Stood in 4 inches of water while taking a shower - when asked if maintenance could fix it - they were off for the weekend but we did get an "Oh." The last morning when we were leaving & had to have our keys reprogrammed AGAIN - my husband, understandably not too thrilled - told the lady at the desk that they wouldn't work - AGAIN - and she said maybe it had something to do with his personality!!! How's that for customer service! Won't be staying at the Fairfield again. (Decor was nice, room was clean & the young man at the front desk was nice!)‎

This hotel has been around for awhile, but it's nice and consistent. I've stayed there both for company business as well as when visiting friends and family still in Norman. The staff has always been nice, but the amenities and breakfast are pretty basic. Also they completed a full renovation last year, so that's been nice. Overall if you're looking for a place to lay your head for one night, it's a good choice.

Beds have 4 great pillows, decoration is new and contemporary, beds are terrific, our room had two beds, a tv, a mini fridge and microwave, and computer desk. Wireless internet was great and free breakfast was nice. Air conditioning kept room freezing (as I like it). Staff was helpful and attentive. The indoor pool and hot-tub are open till midnight and are nice and clean. The only complaint was that the side door, which you're supposed to open with your door card, didn't work and we had to go all the way to the other side through the front door. A small complaint which really makes no difference. If you're looking for a place to stay that's nice and cheap, this is it.

We stay at the Fairfield every time we come to the OKC metro area. The staff is fabulous--especially Megan who is always helpful and pleasant. Fairfield beds and bedding are the most comfortable sleep! The breakfast bar is average. Very clean pool and hot tub. Great location with many local restaurants and shopping.

VERY COMFY BED!!! WITH LOTS OF GREAT PILLOWS ! CLEAN POOL INSIDE! CONT BREACKFAST WAS ONLY FAIR. THERE WAS PLEASANT HELP AT CHECK IN AND THE OTHER STAFF! CLEAN ROOM!

Excellent location with highway exit, mall, shops and restaurant nearby. The facilities are clean and well maintained. The hot tub next to the swimming pool is a treat.
