Mercure Hurghada, Hurghada

I liked everything about this hotel! I bought a trip 2 days before I went there and I did not expect to get SO MUCH in such a quality! I heard people saying that rooms might be bigger, well, I was alone in a 3-person room, so I didn't complain. Rooms devided into buildings, I liked that. Every room has a balcony but some have little ones. There was a safe box, mini-bar, TV, radio, conditioner, which I never used (but it worked, I just liked when it's hot), hair dryer, etc. Great food, everyday there was something new (breakfasts were all the same, but dinners varied.) What was the most surprising thing not only for me but to those who visited other hotels, even 5-star ones - great animators' program! From 8 am till 1 am the next day they have all kinds of entertainment, which switched every half-hour! The most esciting ones were: belly dance lessons, salsa and merenga lessons, arabic language classes, nozika (watching fish under the water), aqua gym in pool and the Red sea, pool activities, everyday show and of course, every day discoteque, at the beach and indoors. A great singer performs for you every evening before the night show. Animator guys and girls are very energetic, positive and funny! They even have special program for children which I don't know much about as I don't have any. As for entertainment, this is the best hotel! Beautiful pool, ona for children, the deepest place is 2.3 meters. The Sea is just right next to the hotel, Sofitel has it's own private beach. The sand is much better than if you may find in hotels which are in the center of the city. I was driving the boat and saw the beaches of other hotels, believe me, the more from the center - the better! I strongly recommend you to visit this hotel if you are coming to Egypt. Besides, Egyptian people themselves who tend to change hotels when they are on vacay, they stap at Sifotel after trying a lot of others. As for people who visit this hotel, most of them are French, then Russian like me, then Italian, Irish, Spainish, Egyptian and others. Servise is cool, nobody bugs you or anything (I was afraid of this most). All is European level! So, my opinion is - Excellent!
