Glad only stayed one night!

I had read other reviews and thought I would give this hotel a try. I was very much disappointed! Upon entering the first floor room, the smell of mildew was overpowering. Then it came to my attention that there was no bed spread on the two beds, only sheets. And the sheets and rest of beds were damp! Not only damp bedding, but damp and dirty towels, wash cloths, even the floor was wet and dirty. The front desk also was in need of serious customer service training. While I was waiting, they were being extremely rude to a current customer on the phone who had mistakenly dialed them. Luckily, I booked the room for only one night and could not wait to leave in the morning.

very friendly atmostphere

I am frequent traveller and in Arlington I have liked this hotel the most. very friendly people, very clean rooms and good breakfast. The check in was great and check out process was even better. The fresh Cookies make the check in process very enjoyble.

worst chain of hotels ever

We called and told them we would be there late 3 times, got there at 1:00am on a holiday weekend and they gave away our room. No other hotels in town had rooms available. The lady told me that they are not required to hold a reservation, then she offered to give me a dirty room, for of cource the same price. I returned in the morning to talk to the manager, She also said it is not there policy to hold a reservation. After I returned home I contacted corporate, and to my surprise they said the same thing, didnt even offer a free stay or nothing. Then I got my credit card bill, They actually billed me for the room, saying I dident cancel my reservation in time. AVOID THIS PLACE.......
