The Days Inn Northwest / SeaWorld is five miles from Sea World and eight miles from Fiesta Texas, 10 miles from Alamo Riverwalk and Ripley's Museum, and has easy access to the NW10 Loop. Days Inn is located approximately 12 miles from the San Antonio International Airport. For the recreationally inclined, there is a newly renovated outdoor pool on site with lounging area. First of all,everyone from the housekeeping staff;to the front desk personnel were the most wonderful and courteous people in the world.We were very upset about our Air Conditioner breaking on us and even more upset when we found out it would take a couple of day's to totally replace it.They really made us feel at home.It actually turned out to be a mini vacation for my whole family!The pool could only be described as "FABULOUS"!I can't wait to go back and sit in the hot tub!Again A million thank you's to everyone at Day's Inn.Especially Maggie,for going out of her way for us.Stay safe and Blessing's!I would recommend anyone that want's to get the most for thier money,to give Day's Inn at medical center a try,as a matter of fact I already have!

It was a decent place to stay for its price. I did not run into any problems. the place place is remodeling other than that it was ok.

This is one of those foreign-run, "run on a shoe-lace" jobs. Examples - the toilet got stopped up. I called to get a plunger...to do it myself...I found I was third in line for the plunger. Things speeded up when I told them I was leaving unless they produced it. This place has one plunger. The room cleaning (I was there 5 days) missed us one day. When I called the office, they said they might not make it because it was late. I told them (nicely) that that was their problem not mine...I did expect some new linen. After I stood up for what I paid for, I got it. Most of the staff doesn't speak English. The pool is as big as a large hot tub. Every night there were about 20 little mexican kids there till 10 PM.

The rooms were not ready at the listed check-in time. Rooms were not serviced until 5-6pm each night. The phone in our room was not operational. Each room was supposed to have a refrigerator, but didn't. When we asked, they said they would bring one, but never did (over 3 days). Then, they double billed us for our room and refused to fix the mistake. The manager said he did not have time to fix it, he had just gotten back from vacation. Luckily, our credit card company removed the charge for us. They also sprayed the ground litter around the pool into the pool while we were using it. I won't stay there again, for sure.

We don't think we'll stay there again

There must be better places to stay in the area than this one. The bathroom left a lot to be desired: the main light was not working, the toilet seat was old and stained (is it so expensive to replace a $10 toilet seat after years of use?). We couldn't find a decent towel -all were either stained or yellow of too much use. There was no Internet in the room and the safe was locked by a previous guest -the hotel staff couldn't fix the problem. The breakfast room only has 3-4 tables and it gets crowded, though there isn't much to eat... We've stayed at other "Days Inns" and had a much better experience.

This was by far the best hotel in san antonio we stayed in our life. Everything from top to bottom was perfect. Cleanliness, Politeness in staff, Security, Breakfast, Amenites.
 
 
 
 
 
Great Hotel/Great Location

This Days Inn was truly a pleasure to stay at. The staff was very courteous, the bathrooms has beautiful granite countertops and granite whirlpool tubs. Rooms had a very comfortable feeling. Location is excellent. It took us 5 mins to get to Sea World and about 12 mins to get to Fiesta Texas. Would definetely stay at this Days Inn again.
