Maui Sands Indoor Park Resort Hotel, Sandusky

I'm sure this was a great place to stay at one point and will be again soon, but don't let these other reviews fool you. During a visit to Cedar Point in May 07, we stayed here to find that the entire place is under construction. Half the parking lot is gone and the rest is dirty. There is also construction outside of the windows that begins at 6am and is in now way quiet. Light sleepers will wake immediatly and will not be too pleased and could be tired at the park. The staff was very nice, especailly when we asked what we could do in the area. The continental breakfast was great and the cookies in the afternoon were a treat. I'm sure this place will be nice when the new hotel opens, but please beware, there were many other hotels nearby and many closer to Cedar Point that could be a better (and quieter) pick.

Very clean, short drive to Cedar Point, staff and service were excellent. Loved the shower!! Would highly recommend to anyone, I would and will stay here again.

The people where very nice whenever I stayed there. Holiday is about the only place I will ever go back to becaue I like their services.
