Grand Baja Resort, Tijuana

management promised me a refund on my ccard (in writing) and they are no longer willing to give me my money. I tried for 7 months to work it out and finally gave up.

Pool is average, no view, but has good bar and breakfast with tortillas. staff are great, always vacancy.

short and sweet it sucked they all need to lose thier jobs. the managers under aged sons makes good drinks

Our condo was dirty, with death birds and poop, they moved us but that same day we got there we went to the jacuzzi at nightime, and on the next morning we found out, that somebody broke in into the condo and stole money from our wallets, we ended up loosing around $150, very disappointed not privacy at all.

The room was clean, sunny, and nice. We didn't spend the night, just rented it for a day. Enjoyed out stay. Ate great lobster. Would consider going again but in one of the suites. Needs a heater.

Not exactly the best experience. The first night our room was broken into and items stolen. This is not necessarily the resort's fault, but is discouraging. We also endured bed bugs. We had bites all over our bodies the next morning. We asked to change rooms. We would have left the hotel altogether, but we were with a large group of people staying at the resort. The staff was unfriendly and the bar allowed people to blast Karaoke till the early hours of the morning. We will never return.

Grand Baja puerto nuevo...Me and my wife got a package of 2 nights stay which included a spa massage for 2, 2 dinners in puerto nuevo, and a wine bottle.for 200.00 Dls The room ( junior deluxe suite ) definately needs a face lift ( no ocean view ) The staff was friendly and the service was great. The atmosfere at the bar by the pool was superb with people singing karaoke and having a good time. The lobster place ( puerto nuevo ) is a block away and the food was delicious with a mariachi band playing. We had a great time and at that price we could not ask for more. Got what we pay for...I`ll consider going back. PD. The SPA service was great and relaxing I`ll recommend it to everyone.

My expirience at The Grand Baja Resort in Puerto Nuevo was awful! When we checked in they seemed confused. They asked for $40.00 deposit to be given back when you check out. I had given them $40.00 but little did I know they only wrote $20.00 on my receipt. When I checked out they would only give me back $20.00 no supervisor available. No one is there to carry your bags to the room, be prepared to walk a lot of steps. We found a dead rat in the room and outside. One night one was scaling the wall. The room was dirty and the maid just swept and made the bed not leaving any clean towels. The most convenient thing was Puerto Nuevo was right next door to walk to.
