je suis ghada et je suis allee l''annee presedente a amir palace et il est tres cool une tres belle vu sur mer avec l'animation et aussi le restaurent le discotece et tres charment je vous conssaie d'allee la bas parce que ses tres beau a voir et les services sont excellent et une chambre confortables il y a des boutique souvenir et des boutique pour les vetement et les jouets un tres grand pisine un club pour enfant pour quil soit heureux ou il peuvent jouer et dissiner et tous faire on groupe si je vous le disse je suis une enfant de 13ans qui ecrit on ce moments la

Hi!! I think Amir Palace was amazing!!! All the staff and animators were very funny and kind and we never bored!!! I was absolutely satisfied with everything!!!!!! Yes...and I want to say that the two young receptionist in the hotel were very handsome!!!! I love Tunisia!!! It's so beautiful!!! I want to go back the next summer to Amir Palace, the people were very kind!!! See you next summer I hope!!! Bye!!!

Hi! I've just come home from Tunisia and after reading all of those reviews I have to write that I was very satisified with the hotel service and I had a great time there. HOusekeeping + food + waiters were quite good - we used to leave them tips every time. The animators were absolutely fantastic, we never got bored, they used to fill all our free time with many sport, dance or game activities, what really cross my expectations. The surrounding was clean. I will definitely recommend it to my friends to spend a lovely vacation there!

Very kind staff, clean and large rooms (especially beds :-)),Huge swim. pool and great food!Very wide choice from meat, vegetable, fruit etc. Nice private beach , guarded.

Amir Palace is indeed not a 5* hotel in European system of ranking ( i think 4* is a correct evaluation), but is a nice hotel, with good services, good food and very clean. I am not agree with the negative reviews posted here: the beach and the pool are really clean and the animation is OK. The food is very good also; it is a problem with the tables, there are too many tourists, so is posibble to wait some minutes. But for a family is a very good place to go. It is elegant, near to airport and i never was borried.

I think, it was very pretty hotel, luxurious, with very good services..the rooms were clean and comfortable, but Monastir is in fakt, very dirty...there isn�t any waste-baskets...and everywhere about me were mess...but in generall...it was a nice holyday...

The place was splended!! The staff is really helpful. Nice pools and beach. Wonderful entertainment. delicious food!! cant wait to go back!!!!

the hotel is on the decline !!! the best part is the hall - very impressive. rooms are clean but miss some of the 5-star amenities like a full minibar, internet access, coffee-machine etc. the carpet in the rooms and on the floors are worn down and look dirty, the sanitary eqipment in the bathrooms are old and not well maintained and again only adequate to a 2-3-star hotel. the biggest disadvantage is the poor quality and inacceptable presenation of the food and reminds me of a cheap youth-hostel. there is not anything which reminds you that you are in a 5-star hotel. the pool is clean, the beach quite dirty. the amenities around the pool like a barbecue restaurant are in bad shape, bad presentation of the offered food if any.. pizzeria is closed in the evening. the equipment of the fitness-center seems to be second-hand , a bit rusty and not well maintained. all in all a big disappointment !!!

It is the best hotel, what I ever seen! Beautiful, clean and exciting. Animation prgorams, excellent foods! It is really 5*! The waiters are very kindly, the animators are lovely and their cook is the best cook in the world. :) I Love this place, it is the best hotel!!

i swear that i will never go back to that hotel again its no value for the money the staff is very arrogant and rude we had to wait for one day and ahalf to get our room ready and no compensation was given to us they put us in another hotel for a night and it was horrible we paid money and we deserved to get full service but nothing was given to us we where treated as criminals please tell people that are going to a holiday in tunisia not to go in this hotel . travellers from MALTA
