DON'T STAY HERE!!!!

I booked 3 rooms that were supposed to be next to each other, however when we checked in, there was some sort of mix up because one of the rooms was accidently rented to another guest (not too big of a deal). All of the rooms had a very strong mildew odor (which was okay after airing the room out), along with very dirty carpets. The beds were clean, and made daily along with fresh towels without any problems. When it came time to check out. We ran into a problem. My bill did not match the rate I was quoted when I booked directly with the hotel one week earlier. All three rooms where quoted at having the same rate which was a Labor day weekend special. Instead, all three rooms were charged at three different rates. They went ahead and credited the difference on the two rooms with single beds, however they said that the room with 2 double beds had an additional charge because there were 2 people in it (an extra charge for more than one person--apparently they believe that a single person would prefer to have an extra bed when they are staying by themselves). There was no "extra charge" for the room with a single bed that 2 people were staying in(which doesn't go along with what there excuse was for the higher rate for the double room). After trying to resolve the issue, for more than a half hour I was forced to leave because I was running the risk of being late to catch my flight. I did file a complaint with the Super 8 main office, however, they are unable to do anything to help resolve the issue because the hotel is a franchise and is privatly owned. Do yourself a huge favor and book at one of the other motels that are sittuated within blocks of this location, including a much greater value at Holiday Inn Express or at the Motel 6.
