SHABBY - BETTER VALUE ELSEWHERE

Outdated furniture, shabby worn out counter tops, TV isn't placed where it can be seen from bed, NO WIRELESS, you are charged for dial up, Bfast lousey with toaster & waffle maker broken. I left for another hotel in the area. All the high rated reviews must be from relatives!!!!

Excellent experience!!

We were greeted by a very friendly and helpful staff. The suite was great, very big, comfortable and clean. I would recommend the Comfort Inn to everyone visiting or passing thru Red Bluff.

Poor Customer Service Guy

Front desk guy was very unprofessional. The lobby TV was at a very high volume and had an inappropriate movie playing with lots of profanity. Felt unsafe because of the lack of professionalism with the front desk guy. Expected more choices for breakfast. The room was nice though and housekeeping was good. The location was good too.

Excellent rooms and great staff !

The hotel seemed brand new. The rooms were very clean, and most of all spacious. I was greated with a very friendly staff that had the courtesy to help unload my luggage from my car. When i entered the hotel it was spectacular. I was greeted with respect and Sam (one of the reps) actually took me to the room. "i thought i had booked a standard Non- Smoking king not a suite" Then i found out that the room was a standard but however had every thing even a sofa, fridge, cofee, work desk, love seat, and wireless high speed internet acess. So much room i could live there. By the time we left the staff knew my name and i knew theires. At the time of departure the staff kindly greeted "hopefully we will see each other in the near future", i told him i dont want to leave. I would recommend this hotel to all my friends and family because i know they will not be dissapointed.
