Quality Inn Medical Center, San Antonio

My husband, our two children and I stayed here after a long day at Sea World. At $140 a night, this place was not cheap! It looked old and the area did not look very safe. Our room phone rang at 6:30 a.m. and woke us all up. I took the phone off the hook so we would not be disturbed again. About 5-10 minutes later, a man started pounding on our door to get in. We had no idea who this man was and he was NOT an employee of the motel. We were scared and couldn't fall back asleep for a couple more hours, so we missed the complimentary breakfast. The hand towels were dirty and had red stains on them. The front desk said they only had one clean one left. The iron was ancient and there was no ironing board. We left and stayed somewhere else the next night where we could feel safe! Will never go back!

For my very first time being in San Antonio, the staff was excellent and helpful. The location is also a plus in that all the major attractions in S.A. are 5 - 10 minutes away, ie. SeaWorld, Downtown (Riverwalk), Six Flags, and the Airport. Overall the saying: "You get what you pay for" is true. This isn't a five star hotel and I don't understand why some people expect the world for pennies. Overall, my experience was definitely a plus and would recommend the hotel to friends and family. Will make a point to stay here when in San Antonio.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They gave me a map to get to SeaWorld. It wasn't far at all. The room was in excellent condition. We will definitely stay there again.

The room I stayed was in good condition and was spacious. Everything was clean except for a part or the carpet in between the fridge were the vacume couldnt reach. Bathrooms were very nice and clean. Housekeeping did a good job. I would stay here again, for the price.

this hotel was in a good location to all area attracions. the service was wonderful.
