Our daughter attended PSU for 4 years and graduated 1 year ago. I have been telling the Marriott company thru their own surveys how wonderful they always made us feel. We created a history with this location by using them exclusivly while visiting our daughter and attending many many events there. The staff was always willing to please when reservations were made I made them directly with a personal staff member who when the hotel was full found away to help. When contacting them directly they always addressed me as Mr. bolcato can I help you. The company policy allowed us to keep a credit card on file so reservations went smoothly. The marriott corporation had a point system so as you stayed you built up points for a free night. All in all I felt like family and to me no matter what the cost it was worth it! jbolcatp
